Rudi is a character in my series "Over the Fence." The book is about a kitten named Rudi who finds a new family. He gets anything he could ask for. But when the kids get new things for Hannuka like iPads, laptops, new phones, Rudi gets left out. The Mom kicked him out when they had dinner. Rudi was crying like an orphan baby. He leaves to find a new family, but finds a big stray cat named Killer. He gave Rudi that scar on his left eye. Rudi left the suburbs for the city. And he met a gray tabby tom named Midnight. Midnight was a couple months older than Rudi. The two help each other on the streets. And after five years, Rudi finds a sign that says "Missing: Rudi." Rudi knew he had to go home. But when he went to the suburbs, his family was gone. Rudi's home was burned to the ground. Only one thing could've done this: Killer.
