This is my rat, Nightsky. I didnt do line art, i just colored it in. (hehe... cant remember who did lineart.)
I think it turned out pretty good, except for eyes and tail. >.< I fail.
I should of shaded, but i fail at that. I guess thats good, cuz isn't the rat glowing? (i hope it looks like that.)

I really like the design of this one, and the stars are well drawn!
To make it look more like it is glowing, you could lighten the lineart where you've colored in white.
Might be a little tricky, but it can't hurt to try? =)
