I'm not particularly trying to correct your lines, as I don't think I'm that skilled of a digital artist. But I thought the drawing was cute, so I went over it and sort of made it my style mixed with your style. I don't think you need to change much, I barely altered the image and i'm sure my anatomy isn't 100% correct because it's slightly stylized...but like I said I thought the drawing was cute so it just inspired me to doodle.
