I have no idea who he is, but he's awesome<3 I'm still editing him and what not, but I may be finished with him. Also, I received permission to add accessories from Oofay.

Character and design are (C) to me.

Great job. :D I think he would look even better with longer bangs. ;D Is that what you were thinking, too?
