Little random design I made. Tried a dark base with eye burning bright colored markings.
Went with a splattered paint/spotty kinda theme. :3

Also, I've decided to adopt this design out rather then keep it, so if anyone wants it -- make your own form.
There is no end date yet, and this is not a first come first get, so have at it and the best shall win! :3
