Redline

I tried S:

Fire; I recommend making the fire go out more instead of having a blunt end. It makes it seem more moving and alive

Body; I made mistakes like the toes and the tail The tail should be longer. But I suggest using general shapes to get the proportion of thing first, that makes life easier c:. The way I draw dragons, the body is always pretty long because lizards (In my mind) ar more spread out. But if you make a shorter length dragon, you may have to change the porpotions. Yeah, and I made the head kinda big ;c

Wings; The wings should be fairly large. They carry the dragon's body weight through the air. Here's a good bat wing reference, keep in mind the long scaley fingers are pretty much fingers. Modified fingers, but here http://www.uksafari.com/jpeg2/batwing2.jpg

Legs; I thought they were fair, maybe just have a more defined knuckles and joints.

Head; For a more feirce look, you could go for a more beak like mouth. There are several different ways to achieve different styles, but you need to keep in mind about the head proprtions to it's jay bone a muscles

I hope it helps! C:
