There is a facility, far south the US, where scientists have discovered a way to fuse toxic abilities with living things. They've decided to test it first on dogs, which is not going as they planned. The dogs cannot control their newfound powers, thus resulting in the need to lock them away. But you know what they say, you can try to stop it, but war is coming.
Now a personal character outline:
Luke, a now older dog, was found wandering the streets of Austin, Texas. He was brought in by the pound, and then 'rescued' by the T.O.C., Toxic Operations Center. He was poked and studied for a long time, before the humans injected a small amount of nuclear substance. So small it wouldn't kill Luke, but in fact, enhance him. Now, whenever Luke barks, there is force enough to blow back doors, and create craters in concrete.
Of course this would be a rp for decent enough writers. Capitalization where needed, proper punctuation, spelling things correctly (It's okay to mess up on hard words and mistype something once in a while though
). And a minimal 4 character sentences per post (Not counting OOC) OR three lines minimum. Sorry if it sounds too hard, but I'm done with cruddy vocabulary. -.-Anyway, please pm if you're interested!
