Ref: this will be a NEW character so can i just describe how i want it to look? - white with black markings on their front legs that aren't simple (you dont have to make them overly complicated just not really simple), they have these designs under their eye as well. their tail has any neon colored designs that you think would look good on it and their back and sides has any colored designs or marking made from any rainbow color/s , can you make the eye whatever color looks the best?
