Twin One : Insanity

I have an idea for twins, Insanity and Sanity. This, is an idea for the design of Isanity, it's bound to change. The design seems a bit plain to me, and the tail turned out bad, but that's just because I'm not good with extras. This is just a rough idea of her design.
