Reference (if any): None. I was hoping you could design me something?

Description: I want a design with blue, orange, and white. Something nicely detailed but that isn't too difficult to replicate. I really like designs like this where there are multiple different markings in different colors. I'd like the base color to be blue, so the markings are orange and white.

Items/Hairdos: Could he have one ear standing up and the other floppy? I don't want any accessories on him.

Other: I want it to look masculine, since I'd like a male character.
