Do you like the way I shaded it? Could you tell me how to improve it?

You did a pretty good job with your shading! Shading can get pretty tricky, what I use is Airbrush, and select a dark gray and airbrush where I want my shading. Another thing you can do is highlights. Like my picture in my signature were Natera, the lab, looks shiny? You can use airbrush for that too. Just pick white, and then highlight!
