This a new character of mine called Kojo meaning strong icy wind.
lineart does not belong to me although I did add the snarl/bandage/necklace/wing.
Kojo is the bringer of cold, icy wind as (suprisingly) the mate of Mirl. Though I guess they both share a cruel sence of humour.
