Possibly design of one of my fursona's Destiny. It's a flower on the hip, may change the marking to something else, I tried doing wings but failed so I didn't do them, but she does have to have wings, also may change/delete the thing wrapping around her tail.

Changed the design. The thing on the tail was removed, an the Japanese symbol meaning "person who tries to please everybody" which fights perfectly with Destiny.
