Still creating more warriors, so WIP. Info will be typed up for each cat.

Sandstar: Clan Leader, Male. Started clan when he met up with Golwhisker. Mates with Goldwhisker. Children: Sunsparkle, Goldclaw, and Sootpaw (killed by a Jackal when being trained to warrior hood). Loss of the young black kit caused Sandstar to create colour rules.

Goldwhisker: Clan Deputy, female. Was nearly dead when met up with Sandstar, who was thriving in the desert. Mates with Sandstar. Children: Sunsparkle, Goldclaw, Sootpaw (killed).

Sunsparkle: Warrior, female. Daughter of Goldwhisker and Sandstar, sister to Sootpaw and Goldclaw. Hunts by lying flat n the sand and ambushing prey.

Goldclaw: Warrior, male. Son of Sandstar and Goldwhisker, sister to Sootpaw and Sunsparkle. Hunts by leaping into the air, prefers to hunt birds or small mammals. Has always been agile and nimble.

Toffywhisker: Warrior, female. Was a kittypet abandoned by her humans, who were on a trip to explore the Sahara Desert. She learned to hunt quickly, and gladly accepted Sandstar's invitation to his clan. Hunts by ambush, but rolls in sand first. Baths frequently in the clan oasis, as she likes to be clean but can't hunt without being a mess. Sand also tastes bad (so she hates grooming it all off)

Dappleear: Warrior, female. A native wildcat, Dappleear had no difficulty hunting. She first turned down Sandstar's offer, saying cats were not pack animals like wolves. However, she did eventually join the clan, as they were starting to empty her normal hunting grounds of prey. Slightly snippy and unfriendly.

Jacklefang: Warrior, male. Parents and siblings were killed by jackals, came to the clan nearly dead with many puncture wounds. Mentored by Toffywhisker, who forced Sandstar to let the dark, poorly coloured cat into the clan. Hunts by digging into the sand so he is covered, and springing out upon any unsuspecting prey. Very strong, and a great fighter too.

Redtail: Warrior, male. Father of Cinderfang. Family is mostly unknown, was found with no memory of family or anything, stumbling blindly through the desert. Has recovered greatly from then, but does not realize Cinderclaw is his daughter. Hunts climbing small trees and jumping down upon prey.

Cinderfang: Warrior, female. Due to her colours, Cinderclaw was banished just after being named an apprentice. Sandstar told her that she could return in 6 months, and if she was ale to survive the desert alone that long, she would be welcomed back into the clan as a warrior. Cinderclaw was weak but fast, and especially keen. Her sense of smell allowed her to find food and water easily, while her speed allowed her to catch enough prey to survive and to outrun most predators. Her mangled form was caused by the attack of a vulture which hadn't found any dead meat in a while. Cinderclaw was lucky enough to kill the bird and had a good meal for the first time in weeks. Hunts by sheer speed, taking down hares with ease. Dislikes Sandstar and misses her family (including her father, who knows not of his child)
