I'm not really know what to say about this, apart from studying wolf anatomy. What I mean is, if you want to be good at drawing animals, cartoony or realistic, you need to know their anatomy and how they work first.
For this one, it needs more detail on the wolf, such as their fur, nose, eyes and paws. The ear is too long and pointy, as well as the tail. The brush size should also not be too big, as it would ruin the appearance if not use correctly.

Also, try to reference from real wolf picture while you practice, and remember their anatomy/proportion, it does helps a lot.
