History:
It'll be rather hard for this male to have a history since he's still young, but I'll give it a try.
Azure does not recall anything of his littermates or father. The only thing he can recall is the scent of his mother. Even now, it is faint in his memory. He knows where he was born though, and where he would have been raised had he not been too careless as a whelp.
Azure was born not too far from Niagra Falls somewhere in Ontario, Canada. He was not the youngest, but he was near the last of the whelps in the litter. He grew up with his mother and siblings. Like most wolves, his father was rarely present due to the fact most, if not all, wolf fathers will attempt to eat the pups. He grew up normally as a whelp. Until the time of his weaning, of course.
While being persuaded to stop nursing, and being tempted to eat more meat, this curious whelp was able to find a way to leave the cave that his family called home. Falling down the rocks, he landed near the banks of the water. His mother didn't notice, and as the whelp whined for help, humans stumbled upon him. Taken back to an animal shelter, he was put in a steal metal cage like any creature would be. Later, he was bought and sent to a random laboratory, where he was experimented on. After countless experiments, he was deemed healthy.
After a short while, it was decided he'd be improved. He would have wings grafted onto his back. Custom, delicate wings. Many changes were done to his body before, during, and after the grafting. In the end, he had muscles and nerves connected to the new wings. Of course, changes were forced to take place upon his body, such as colored stripes and spots. There was also a change in his diet, to which he ate few insects like butterflies and spiders.
After a few monthes, he was released back into the wild after his recovery was complete. No one believed he would survive in the wild. Though, he grew to adapt to rain forests and mountainous terrains. In the end, he moved to one of the wooded areas in northern Montana. Since then, he has kept a low profile and will not go near any human or any wolf.
Personality:
Azure is a delicate, gentle soul. He tends to tread on a careful, frightened ground. His body always shakes around strangers for he is always frightened. He lives in fear of the world and of reality itself. Azure is often seen as a male who struggles with day to day life, never getting in the swing of things.
If one gets to know this careful, timid male, they'd see he isn't just that. Past his shy, bashful exterior is a warm-hearted loyal friend, companion, and ally. He is very humble and tends to be rather naive. He holds himself up with his very faint layer of self-esteem, often called names and mocked for his colors, he tries to block it out. Azure tends to be a loner most of the time.
Azure is very family-oriented, a hard worker, and he tends to be a slight hopeless romantic. He would do anything for his parents, brothers, and/or sisters, even if it meant giving his life. He doesn't mind doing extra work out of the kindness of his heart. He also dreams of finding that special someone, even if it means he has to wait forever. Azure represents family, hope, and innocence overall. He is rather childish and gets confused easily, but that just means he's still young and always will be young at heart.
