This is her without a cape. I'll try a cape now.
That's a Japanese symbol on her side, meaning Peace. Hints, the peace sign on her shoulder.
Do you like it? I didn't know what bright colors you wanted. If you don't like it, I'll redo it, and keep this design, because I love the design

Finished, I redid it in a darkish purple. The light purple looked to much like pink. How does it look now?

What color would you like the cape? Any design on it? I could do something like a dark purple cape with a blue peace sign or something that matches her design like that, Or a random color like red, it's your choice.

Maybe a dark crimson red to match her Dark Princess look. You make an evil like cloak/Cape thing. Like inosent by day, evil by night with a cloak hehe
