A Entry for a contest, their thing was messing up so I used this one.

The color dots go as follows
The lighter blue is the legs, ears, nose, and part of tail tip. The darker blue is the body. The Lighter green is the paws and tail tip. The Whiteish color is the lightning. The darker green is the eyes and pawpads.

Since I didnt win, im keeping him and naming him Iggy!

Suggestion: some clouds to cover up those white dots at the end of the bolts
