Welcome to Whinnie's Shelf Elf. Yes, I know I spelled Whinnie wrong, I like it that way better. Anyway, welcome to the place where you can adopt Custom and pre-made Dogs. Make sure we're open when you post. Customs are not free, but cost very little. These lines were not made by me, but ~Apple~, please keep that in mind. Whinnie's Shelf Elf does have rules, but those come later. Any who, your Dogs will need food, water and need to be played with. So, I have set up a little system for how hungry, thirsty, bored your pooch is and if it needs exercise. You can enter your Dog in competitions, but more information on that come's later. We love to have artists, mods and guest artist, so please apply. Only apply if we have those slots open. Thanks! Now for the Rules.

.Rules.

-Please no bribing me for a free custom Whinnie, you will be warned.
-I can decline any form if I want for any reason.
-I want this to be a fun place, so please be happy and not mean!
-No chatting with others unless you are also doing stuff about bringing your Whinnie's stats up and such.
-For pre-made Whinnies, I must have a detailed form.
-If you are not following these rules, you will be put on the warning list, after two more warnings, your banned.
-Most important: If the store is CLOSED do NOT post. VERY important, this will give you an automatic two warnings on the warning list.
-I can ban you and any of our mods can ban you from this thread.
-I will be adding more when I need them.

.Payment.

Depending on the design difficulty, the prices vary. These are Whinnie~+~Me!'s payments.

Simples: 1 Common pet from any Year.

Usually normal Whinnie designs[Brown/Black body with white neck and a bit of lighter colors around the white.]. Basic solid designs with little markings[EX. Black with green glowing paws and neck and tail], if you want glow I can add a little glow.Solids are also simple.\

Medium: 1 Uncommon pet from any Year.

Whinnie designs with more to it. [EX.Basic Whinnie body with colored swirls all over.] Solid based bodies with lots of markings.[EX.Black with glowing feet,face, tail, and other designs.]I can add a little glow.

Hard: 2 Uncommon pets from any Year.

Whinnie Designs with LOTS to it. [EX.Basic Whinnie body with very intrecat[Spell fail] designs all around body.] Multi-colored/Solid bodies with TONS of markings. [EX.White with black Pinto spots all over body. Brown stripe on face as well as brown spotted legs. Brown Spots all over rump, tail and ears.]

.Competitions.

This is where you can enter your Whinnies into a competition. There are two competitions, Disc Throwing and Agility. The Competition will run when at least three dogs enter. When you win, you will get WP Sheckles.

.Disc Throwing.

Your dog should win if it excels in Agility, Speed and Jumping.
