And, you can either make one for yourself, for let's say if you're bored or whatever, or you could create an adoptable and post an adoptable form on the thread for whomever wants to adopt it, or you can make a custom for someone who asked for one. Btw, you don''t just have to do a form for adoptables, you can do games, or such along too. Just nothing for payment.
