Personality: Crowflight is a young warrior with a lot on her mind, yet not necessarily a lot to say. She is typically reserved and strays away from socialising a lot with others - unless it is a must for her. She doesn't enjoy being in the centre of attention, nor does she enjoy others talking her ears off. This also leads her to be rather observational in situations; merely listening and looking, yet rarely contributing. As a result, she has become rather skilled at being able to pick up even the slightest change's in one's behaviour, or notice something out of place in their territory. However, due to her lack of contribution, she is often not listened too when she points these things out - so she mainly keeps these things to herself and those willing to listen. She, despite what others may think, is an extremely truthful cat and believes strongly that the truth is always the best option - no matter who it may hurt. Unfortunately, due to her quietness and unknown past, she is often labelled as hiding something and a threat to the safety of the Clan. Crowflight, in reality, struggles to lift up a paw in battle - after all, why does no one ever seem to talk things out? - and hates harming other cats. In fact, she is quite a nervous young she-cat who constantly jumps at small noises and tends to act in a rather skittish manner. She is attempting to work on this, but has not succeeded in calming down when nervous just yet. Crowflight, fittingly, considering her strong belief in the truth, is rather brash and blunt when she does speak. She does not offer comfort before she says something bad, nor does she even prepare them for it. She simply says what has happened as accurately as she can recall. That said, she is fairly likely to offer comfort afterwards - knowing that, hey, the truth can be hard to deal with sometimes. Many may think of her as cold and distant, but, in reality, she is actually rather clingy and simply doesn't know how to approach others. Without proper interaction when younger, she has had to learn to puzzle together social conventions and interactions for herself, which can make her seem uninterested when she is unsure of how to respond. Once she forms a friendship/relationship, though, she will cling onto that cat and rely on them for comfort, advice and more. She does try and give these things herself also, although sometimes she may be unaware she is not providing the support her friend needs. Crowflight is also a rather sceptical cat. She does often not believe in things easily and it will take a while and a lot of persistence to convince her that something is true and she should believe it. This also makes her questionable by the Clan's standards, as she is clearly sceptical about the existence of StarClan - asking questions like how can they visit their dreams? How do they reach Silverpelt? Questions which only lie in the answers of old stories told down from generation to generation which, in her view, is not the most reliable source of information.

Short backstory (at least 5 lines) and MAYBE how did they get the scars?: Crowflight grew up in the Twoleg-place under the name of Raven. She was not born to a kittypet, but, rather, born to a kittypet who had recently just become a loner. Her mother never told her much about how she became a loner, but from her grief-stricken tone, it wasn't hard to deduce that something had happened to the Twoleg living there - plausibly death? She never quite understood her mother's attachment to the Twolegs, but respected it regardless. Her father's whereabouts were unknown. Was he dead? Was he a kittypet? What was he like? These were questions she didn't know the answers to, yet also didn't want to stress her mother further by prying into it. She was not the only kit in her litter, but she does not know the current whereabouts of her littermates either - she assumes they are still loners. Whilst their mother did try to care for them as much as she could, she still couldn't give them everything they needed. When she was still rather young, she had found some food - unknown that this part of the Twoleg-place was claimed by a group of rogues. They did not seem to care that she was young or failed to realise where she was clearly no threat - instead, their instincts told them to attack. This is how she received the scars over her eyes and is plausibly why she is very skittish and nervous.

As they grew older, tensions began to rise and fights broke out amongst her siblings often. They were never serious and rarely left noticeable scars. However, after she had found out that her brother had been lying and, essentially, covering up a major food source to keep for himself, she did attack - but never meant to seriously harm him. Her brother, outraged by her attack and claiming that she should not fight him, responded by attacking back - thus giving her the scars on her flank. The fighting and bickering amongst them had finally gotten too great for them to be around one another. Her mother planned to look for her father, which is something she readily agreed to help with. However, her mother had eaten some rotten food that the Twoleg's had thrown out and had quickly fallen ill. She had tried to help, and travelled to an alleged group of cats living in an area outside of the Twoleg-place. She was chased out of multiple territories, until she finally collapsed with exhaustion upon the Clan named "GrassClan", whom lived on a rather moor-like area. She was taken in to see the leader, whilst cats around her murmured amongst themselves. She begged for medicine for her mother, and was soon accompanied by a medicine cat and two warriors back to the Twoleg-place. However, when she reached there, her mother had already passed. Distraught by this, she didn't know what to do next. Now she was left on her own, and really didn't know what to do. Seeing her grief, they offered to take her back to their camp once again. Raven privately explained her troubles and worries to the leader of the Clan, who, after much discussion, agreed to take her in. One might ask why she did not receive a name beginning with Raven-, and that is simply answered by the fact that she wanted to start over again. Her old name reminded her of her mother and the blame she felt over her death, and also her bickering siblings. She is still not completely adjusted to Clan life, but she is trying her best to be helpful to the Clan.
