I heard about some people that posted backgrounds in the Editable Oekaki awhile back. I am not sure if the background idea got banned or something, but I couldn't think of why that would happen and I thought that it was a neat idea. And thus this was born. I am so sorry if this is against rules, if so please remove it.....
