I was wondering how long I could go before my roommate stated that she was ready for bed.
Apparently, one full Fluttershy base. Or something like Fluttershy. I didn't use a ref. /shot

HOW TO USE
-Click on 'Lock Alpha' in the layers menu
-Select layers labeled 'Color'
-(in the case of eyes, use the layers labeled 'FILL')
-Choose color, then color. :u

Rules
-Do not use outside of CS without my express permission.
-Do not use for profit.
-Do not remove my signature (albeit the two first ones who colored this in, since I didn't have a signature on the thing then).
-Do not create any hate art with this base, no matter what sort of hate art or how mild you may think it.
-Do not ask me to create cutie marks for the base. Please draw it in yourself.

-You may create characters with this base.
-You may use this for design contests.
-You may edit the lineart if you want some eye/mane/tail that I haven't added yet.

To Do
-Unicorn horns (gotta figure out how to do that with different manes)
-Eyes
-Manes and tails
-Accessories

Gonna work on this some more soon. :3 Feel free to suggest mane/tail/eye styles, accessories, etc.

For now, I'm just gonna add in the wings and horns.
