Alright, so, I drew an otter in a shower, and I figured I'd take away the shower and just give you guys the otter. So far, I've given him three (crude) accessories:
-A cape
-A balloon on his tail
-A sailor hat
Just let me know if you think I should add more stuff. :3

As with almost all Editables come rules, and you'll have to read em' before you edit my furry beast. ;3

You CAN:
-Color the otter and his accessories!
-Change the lines of the accessories, because I know they suck. :3
-Change the background (Please do, it's boring.)
-Make a contest with this otter, AS LONG AS you give me DIRECT credit.
-Shade and/or highlight
-Use on CS

You CANNOT:
-Color over or erase my signature
-Claim as your own
-Change the lines of the otter
-Use in a contest without giving me credit
-Use anywhere off of CS
