You CAN:
•Make and sell adoptables with it
•Make a YCH with it
•Move around and change the opacity of my signature provided you can still see it
•Edit the lineart to your heart's content
•Post your colored in version offsite with credit
You can NOT:
•Remove my signature completely
•Claim, or elude to having drawn it all by yourself
