Any reconmendations for an art program to color this? Pixlr doesn't work, or atleast I don't know how to make it work. Help?

You have to use the program that CS uses to color this picture. It's called Chibi Paint.

there's a difference in selling the design you've made and selling the lineart. If someone were to take this lineart to adoptables and charge people to have them color it in that would be selling the lineart. But people have asked me how to sell the designs properly and these are the rules i have set for those who want to sell the design:

If You Are To Sell the Design you Have made You Must give all credits to me for the Base Lines, and the Person you are selling too Can use this pic as a Reference Only.
