Quick question; are multiple horns on the head considered body horns, or just 'horn types'? I was thinking about having double short horns - if it's considered body horns, I won't! Thank you in advance.

Having double horns on the head is fine! It's only when they are located off the head that they are considered body horns c:

Heterochromia is just considered part of the design, (any more than other eye colors) and is such, is not an edit ! Feel free to give your Envoys heterochromia. c:
