4.Use them for whatever you what contests,other forms,blah,blah,blah whatever.As long as I get credit for the drawing.
5.You may draw as much accessories as you want on the dragon(You could even give him a purse shopping in the mall for all I care)
6.You may draw other animals in the picture so you can add your own ideas(you get credit for those.).
