no actually i just drew a cat.

its not my fault that the poses are similar, i just drew for fun.

It does look extremely similar to the Malk kittens, down to the details of the paws overlapping the way they do and the way the tail is pointed. Even if you didn't purposely copy Malk's lines, I think that they are too close to the same, and may get you in trouble.
