I have a busy day right now so I don't have enough to do a full redline, but I can offer some wolf anatomy pointers if you want!
Your head, front legs, and tail actually look very good! Your neck does too, but if you want it to have a more realistic pose you could lower it a bit. Usually wolves tend to carry their heads lower and more forward instead of upright when they're not specifically trying to look at something. The body is proportionately too short, and should be longer in relation to the length of the legs. For the back legs, the trick is to make the bottom part after the joint shorter than it is now. It would probably help a lot to google skeletal diagrams of wolf hind legs and look at the size of each bone in proportion to the other bones in the leg.
Seriously though, you're selling yourself short. This looks pretty good!
