free to use, but with a few rules,

1.dont remove my sig, it must be fully visible at all times
2.im not good at drawing feet, or hands....or anything on a computer, so edit the lines freely, but KEEP MY SIG
3.plenty of changeable features.
4.you make your own hair and outfit
