To fix that you have to make another layer and put it underneath the first, underneath the layer you drew that cat lines. Then you have to colour on the layer underneath the cat lines and it'll work
Whoops wait no it won't. the very first layer that's there when you start to draw a picture is white and anything underneath that won't show... i don't know how you can fix this, IF you can. You'd have to make another layer and put it on TOP of the original drawing and then redraw it... then make ANOTHER layer (sorry, too many layers xD) and put it underneath the newly redrawn pic. THEN it'll work xD whoops sorry

np and oh yes, of course you have to colour on the layer under the newly redrawn pic so that the lines still show

Actually, you can color it without redrawing it.
All you have to do is make a layer above the first layer, and then click where it says "Normal" on the layers thing. I little menu type thing should show up. Then you hit "Multiply". This always works for me. Hope I helped.
