OMG It's done!!! -Passes out- Hand-coloured! UGH! I thought this was never going to end! BTW, the little things in the BG are people, and it also says: Trick-or-Dog Treat! (Or cat treat) With 2 costumes for the cat and dog! Ok, here are the rules:
