How do you make the trading rules? Sorry a bit of a newbie

Click on the 'Trades' link near the top left corner of the page and once there you'll see a link at the top that says 'Trade Settings' you change your trade rules there.

how do I color the actual picture in? It only lets me color the background.

You need to go to another layer. When you open it it has a box on the right that has the layers in it. Just click on the one there that tell you where to color and it will do more than just the background.
