That is explained in the rules. If you've read them and still aren't sure, let me know.

Make them? Well, click the color in option, and save the image once it loads. Choose "No, I'll Finish It Later", and then go to the adoptable Oekaki section. Click "New Drawing", go right below the image, load the saved copy, and save it again. Then post the image and voila, Adoptables! ;D
