Personality: Tora is shy and scared, and though she possesses powerful magic she wishes she was a common, everyday wolf. She finds it hard to let go of the past, and she views the world as a frightening place full of danger. Rather then welcoming her fate, she hides from it, drawing closer and closer to ultimate breakdown. She doesn't stay in one place, rather roaming the ways of the world with her head low in shame.

History: Tora was born into a powerful tribe of wolves with part animal spirits. When you were born, the OverHowl [leader] decided what animal spirit to give you, and that changed your appearance, personality, and agility depending on the animal. No two wolves were granted the same animal. Tora Mahou (Tiger Magic in Japanese) was given her tiger tail, pelt, and strong independence from the granted spirit of a tigress. She had very powerful magic, and was well respected within the tribe, apprenticed to the OverHowl with chances of ruling one day.
But one night, a neighboring pack attacked the tribe, and Tora did a very untigerlike thing: she ran for her life. Later, she didn't dare go back, because even if the tribe had won she would be punished for running away in a time of great need. Since then, she moved farther and farther away, trying to ignore her bitter guilt.
Short Story:
"How many?" Hoshi (Star in Japanese) lay panting on her side, as the OverHowl trudged slowly into the den. "How many pups have I been granted for my first litter, sir?"
"Only one," he croaked. "One beautiful she-pup, Hoshi. I sense she'll make a great leader one day. Who is the father? You know you can trust me."
Hoshi nodded, and took a breath. "I honestly don't know, there are two strong wolves but I don't have much of an idea which. They're both from the neighboring pack... you know, the one by the river...?" She didn't dare say their name, as it was bad luck. "The alpha, Kiba, and the crippled omega, Katawa."
The OverHowl looked surprised. "The alpha and an omega... how interesting, Hoshi. I expected better of you. Haven't you seen the way Umi's been following you around for the past moon?"
Hoshi sighed. "I know, sir, I know... well, can we get on to her naming?"
The OverHowl nodded, and carefully scooped up Hoshi's single pup in his mouth and set her on a flat rock, which sparkled with concealed gems. "I name you Tora Mahou, daughter of Hoshi Mahou, a new life and a new member of Mahou Pack. I give you the spirit of a tigress, I give you your life."
His paws, placed on either side of Tora on the rock, began to glow silver. White light enveloped the little pup. Hoshi gasped, but to her credit she did not cry out as the light died. Her little pup, the first one, had been given her chance at survival.
Other?: Items- she wears a necklace with an amulet on the end. The symbol is "tiger" in japanese. The lace on her tail generates her magic and keeps in flowing through her bloodstream.

Let me explain the color dots. You see, the ones on the right are her final colors, but the ones on her left are her actual colors, the ones I used to make this. The bottom ones, regular tiger colors, were made to do her tiger design. Then I put another layer over it, this one the blue pictured above the orange. I added yellow dots and blended them out to imitate stars, and lowered the opacity to 67%. That's how I got the colors on the right, that show her final coloration. Further drawings can be done either the way I originally drew it or using her final colors.
