how do you make stamps?

There are different ways of making stamps, but I'll tell you how I made this one.
>> Step 1 >> I went to deviantart and found a free stamp template. Make sure to pick one that is MEANT TO BE USED by others. The artist will probably say 'Free for use' somewhere underneath the picture.
>> Step 2 >> I downloaded the stamp template and colour it in however you want. Some templates are compatible with certain programs only, I personally like to use photoshop. Once you've downloaded it, open up the program you're using and decorate like crazy! ;D
>> Step 3 >> Save the stamp. Probably as a PNG file. And save it somewhere you can find it easily.
>> Step 4 >> Upload it to an image server. Look up 'image host' on Google and you should be able to find a website where you can upload the stamp. Once uploaded, right click on the image of your stamp (when using a PC) and choose 'properties' to find the image adress.
>> Step 5 >> Copy the image adress. Then just use img code:

I hope this helps.
If you want to make animated stamps.... well I can explain that to you also but it'll take a bit longer. And I only know how to do it with Photoshop.
