I see you might be interested in a blinking avatar!
Well each avatar can have a necklace or no necklace , the only items that will be added are Earings & necklaces.
We do Customs of your furosona's only because it's a bit eaiser.
So some rules.
1. We will need hex codes with where they belong because we want it to look like your furosona or charecter and even your RL pets.
2. When it's closed please don't post a form or else you will recieve a warning frmo either me or a minnie mod. 3 warnings and you will not get an avatar unless you say your sorry to me in a PM.
3. We might not get onto it becase we might be bisy or can't do it at the time. Please remember we all have sepate and differn't lives comparred to yours.
4. Don't get mad at anyone or SPAM the topic if your going to SPAM talk to the person in a PM.
5. Each avatar will cost from a Common-Very rare becausethese take a long time to do to make it avatar size & blinking. If you do not pay the artist they will tell a mod.
6. Mods get these Avatars for Free YAY!
