Hello and welcome to the Phirate and Kero: Unwanted, Deserted Animals, aka the PKUDA. This is a character adoption agency, much like The Agency and the Pound of Hope. Here it is our mission to find loving homes for characters of all shapes, colors, and sizes. While it may seem as if we are tough on what donations are accepted, really we just want to be sure that the characters donated to our shelter have truly been given because they are loved and cared for, not just because the donator is bored.

This is Torn By Love, our mascot, otherwise known as Love. She knows better than anyone that size, color, and shape do not matter when it comes to love. After all, she is small, mishapen, and even blind, but we all love her still.



The Rules and Forms

General Rules

-Follow all the basic CS rules
-Do not whine, beg, grouch, or bribe on this thread as it won't work
-Treat other users as you wish to be treated
-Do not take off the size 2 text at the end of any form or it might be missed
-I reserve the right to add/change rules in the future
-Enjoy your stay

Donation Rules

-Do not donate a character that is not yours
-Do not donate a character based off a CS pet
-We do not accept donations made with makers
-No headshots/busts, the whole design must be visible
-All donations will be open to revamps, if you have a problem with that, do not donate here
-You may donate a character with multiple pictures, but please choose one to be the visible one
-Try not to go overboard on your preferences, if we feel that you just want someone else to take care of your character for you rather than actually allowing them to take some creative freedom with them, we will not put the character up
-Please have only one character in the main picture unless all the characters in the picture are being adopted together
-Do not donate a character that you made in two minutes out of boredom unless you think someone will truly love them
-Once you donate a character, you may ask for it back only if no forms have been put up for it yet. If there is already a form for it, you too must then try to adopt it the same way as the other adopter

Revamp Rules

-You may revamp any character
-Please keep your revamps as the same breeds as allowed by the donator
-Do your best to keep the revamp as close to the original as possible. If there has already been a revamp, be sure to check the original as well as they revamp to get the most accurate revamp

Adopting Rules

-Be sure to abide by the donator's preferences
-If you wish to adopt you must fill out the form
-You must write your own form
-You may not adopt characters for someone else, only for yourself
-Each user may attempt to adopt two characters per round with the chance of winning both
-Any single user may adopt as many characters from PKUDA as they like, but if it is not your first adoption from here, we will take into account the care you have taken with your previous characters when judging
-Please do not re-post your forums. We'll see it the first time. If you must move it, take down the old one
-If you ever have to give the character up for any reason, bring them back here, not to another adoption agency
-If the donator requests that you get their permission to adopt you must provide a screen shot of them giving you permission, or get them to post here giving the permission
