Okay, lame title, I know D:

I wanted to make a Hetalia RP for some reason. I've seen a few, but the page/post count is kind of scary to look at. (That, and in all of them England, Prussia, and Italy have all been taken, and those are the only three I'm comfortable at RPing ._________.).
Anyways, I want this to be smi-dark. Not so everything is very scary, but I don't want it quite as comical as the show. A friendly in-between would be nice~.

Here's a list of countries, and if I miss some, tell me and I'll add them. OC's are welcome, too, I just don't want a majoirty of characters to be OC's. Also, no made up countries.
Some of these may still be in design, and some might not have appeared in the anime, but there will be a seperate section for OC's, although the ones still in design should have OC's, I'm just not going to list them as OC's...

I want this to be semi-lit to lit, so try to write atleast one paragraph, okay?
Don't take all of the more popular characters, because some people might not be deep enough into the fandom yet to know of all the minor/supporting roles, so please leave some open for others!
No shipping bashing! The main two I'm going to point out to you are FrUK and USUK. It's mainly for this reason is that I'll be playing England (that, and he's awesome c:). If someone who gets France likes FrUK, and the person who gets America likes USUK, I want to give both and equal chance! I happen to like both pairings...
Try to be historically accurate! I have researched a lot on the history of a lot of countries, and try to be as accurate as possible with nearly everything.
No making the characters so OOC I can't even recognise them anymore.
No genderbents. I don't know why, but they kind of scare me >A<
Most importantly, have fun, and respect everyone else!
Also, obviously, yaoi is encouraged! Of course, if I allow yaoi, yuri's going to be allowed, too.
Headcannons are allowed, they just have to make sense. Like in my headcannon, Prussia despises Russia (Berlin wall, taking Koingsberg (Kalliningrad), and England has Seperation Anxiety (Need it be explained?).

England has light blonde hair cut into a rather "punk" like style. His eyes are a emerald green, and I'd be tempted to say that they're his most outstanded feature, but that award clearly goes to his eyebrows, which are huge. He stands at five foot nine, and in comparison to many other nations he is quite short. It is rumoured he has a tattoo of a guitar somewhere, but it's unknown where it is or if he actually has one. (In England's hatafutte parade, it says "My tattoo really hurts - but it's of a hot six strings!")
Personality
England can best be described as being a grumpy, sarcastic, cynical old man. He's a realist with a hint of a pissimist in him. He enjoys tea, and says he's a gentlemen, but he's really not. As the genre of 80's punk/rock music started in London, England, he's quite the fan of many bands which came forward at the time (and a bit before), to give a few examples would be The Beatles, Led Zeppelin, and of course there are many, many more. He has quit the sharp tongue and isn't afraid to voice his opinion. He holds grudges for a long, long time. He has a bit of Seperation Anxiety, thanks to the fact that all of his colonies left him. He's a former pirate, and may once and a while mention that fact. He's horrible at cooking, even though he swears he's not. He can perform all sorts of magic, claiming that his family's magic is "number one in the world". On the topic of family, he has three older brothers, Scotland, Ireland and Wales, and when he was little they would drive him away with stones and arrows, the most merciful one being Ireland. He also has two younger ones, Northern Ireland and, last but not least, Sealand. He finds Sealand exetremely annoying, and in turn Sealand calls him "jerk England". Ever since England was little he has had supernatural firends, and has been able to see things such as fairies, nymphs, sprites, and other such wee folk, unicorns, and, of course, Flying Mint Bunny. There are many, many, others, but those are just some.

Prussia is, in short, an albino. He has a very angular face, and a sideways smirk is usually on his face. His fair is a silvery white and his skin is very pale, and his eyes are red in colour. He's five foot ten. He also has a little yellow bird that sits on his head (and also many, many more birds).
Personality
Prussia's ego is huge, although he isn't arrogant. He loves things that are cute, and often calls things cute. He is highly competitive, but is also highly loyal. He has a tad bit of trust issues, altohugh for the most part, they're nonexistant. He thinks highly of one of rulers from when he was the Tuetonic Knights, Frederich II, and calls him Father Fritz. He's a pervert, although he's somewhat awkward around girls.

Alfred isn't the most muscular man alive, but he's in a sense "Well-built". He isn't scrawny, nor buff but he's comfortable being simply average, although he doesn't see himself that way. A tall, creamy skinned, young adolescent with golden straw hair is the image of Alfred F. Jones. His eyes are sky blue, usually filled with excitement, that sit behind a pair of rim wire glasses an although people say contacts would be better he quickly comes to a defense stating they suit him better. Alfred's been said to have a slightly child like face, not that this bugs him in the least. After all everyone digs kids, especially heroic kids much like himself. Alfred can be found wearing a plain white short sleeved T-shirt draped over by a brown leather bomber jacket accustomed with a badge placed upon on the right side of the upper chest, a six inch white airplane symbol is found on the right sleeve just under the shoulder, black rather puffy material laces around the collar of the jacket and last but not leastly a large white fifty symbol placed fittingly on the back of the jacket completes it. He mostly wear blue jeans but if attending a world meeting his almost whole attire will change. He will wear a slightly greenish hued suit along with a brown tie and dress pants the same color as the suit itself.

Personality:

So many words can be used to describe Alfred F. Jones but the most persistent are: Pest, egotistical/Narcissistic, rude, a loud mouth and spaz. Alfred is quite full of himself, and burgers, but to say he's narcissistic is a bit extreme. He is cocky but he can care about others, depending on the person. A grin or smile is usually be found upon his giddy face seeing as he is a rather bright and cheerful person. Even though some would say this was his best quality, most say it's one of his worst. They state that this makes him too childish for the role of a country but said people are usually the ones who've never witnessed Alfred's behavior during a war. He can be come down right sadistic and cruel, almost as if war sparks a side of the adolescent unknown to some of the world but very very clear to others. During war nearly nothing matters to the American except winning, and protecting democracy. Of course, he will recognize when he's going or has gone too far. Despite this matter, if no war is present involving himself, he is the most happy yet ill mannered Teen around. He will chew with his mouth open, talk with his mouth full, stuff his face, burp aloud, he will take your food off your plate if he's hungry enough and eat it, he'll insult you or your ideas he does not approve of, and he's very opinionated. Not that he tries to be rude, he's just so blunt that if a statement comes to his mind he will quickly blurt it out no matter how insulting or rude it is. Anyway, as for mentioned due to his stubborn view of things if Alfred doesn't like something you can expect demands to have it changed or amendment even if it's not his business he will barge right in an expect to be in charge from the very start. Being as headstrong and stubborn as he is he will not accept nor be hurt by insults ...except about his weight. Or truly anything he finds rude...especially his weight. He's rather clumsy and childish but he can't stand being called or treated as a child. It's another one of the things that irks him, although he can't take hints very well so he's oblivious to most remarks. America is one o the most flamboyant countries around so he does gloat about his victories, whether it be beating a video game or winning a war, but there is one that he will not speak of, the Revolution. Unless of course trying to seem absolutely unphased by that incident or using it to hurt a certain big, browed Brit when he's stuck in a squabble with the other. Alfred has kind of a wall around his feelings that he built quite a long time ago which keeps him from really allowing his mind to even wander to such a topic but it does seep its way in on some occasions. Not often. With this being said it may now be obvious why he is oblivious, but there is another reason. He simply doesn't care. If it's boring or doesn't call for his heroics he couldn't give a damn. Plus, lastly, he has the attention span of a fly. There will always be something much more interesting to grab his attention.

The tallest of the Allies, as well as the tallest of all the nations together with Sweden, Russia wears a long, heavy tan coat, green pants, brown gloves, and a long tan or pink scarf; he mentions to Japan that his scarf is a body part and therefore he cannot take it off. This, though, might just be an excuse so he will not have to take it off, seeing as how he didn't wear it as a small child before Ukraine gave it to him, and that in some artwork he is actually seen with it off. He has a round, childish face with a more prominent nose, and tends to carry around a bottle of vodka, a sunflower, or a faucet pipe. His hair is a light beige-blond, and his eyes are violet (purple), though they were initially colored blue.
Personality:
Russia, or Ivan Braginski by his human name, is the tallest of all the nations, but has the innocence and cruelty of a child. He adores vodka and sunflowers. His primary target of resentment is General Winter, because despite using the cold to his advantage in war, he is also attacked by him every year. Russia has a kind face, but has mentally cracked from the strain of his bloody history. Despite his brutalities towards others, he truly means well. The other nations are terrified of him, especially the Baltic Trio (Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia), whom he loves to abuse physically and emotionally. Russia also has two sisters: his older sister, Ukraine and his younger sister, Belarus. He becomes gloomy and depressed when either of them is on his mind because Ukraine left him to try to make friends in the European Union and Belarus is obsessed with the idea of forcing him to marry her. She seems to be the only other country which Russia fears. Russia happily promises that eventually "all will become one with Russia". Another favorite phrase is "kolkolkolkol", used when he is angered. Russia is often seen carrying a water faucet pipe. For unknown reasons Poland is not afraid of him.
