Damon looked back at her, his black hair obscuring his cold blue eyes.

Isis stared back at Damon, an eyebrow raised at him. She was still trying to figure him out.

Damon looked back at her, his head was tilted back slightly. It was enough to show a scar that ran across his throat.

Isis frowned a bit as he titled his head. She dropped down from the tree and walked forward. She reached her hand out and gingerly touched the scar on his throat. "How did that happen?" She asked quietly.

Damon looked at her for a moment, his eyes studying hers, "Wrong end of a vampire hunters stake." he replied, "A very sadistic vampire hunter."

Isis pulled her hand back. "I...I'm sorry." She said and looked down.

"It is okay, I am used to it." Daom replied as he watched her silently.

Isis frowned. "Used to it?" Isis said. "Well....that's not something I'd want to get used to."

Damon shook his head, "A hazard of being a vampire when people believed we existed." he told her.
