Maine was visibly shaking. She hated to fight. Suddenly, her black eyes turned back into a violet and she dropped her chainsaw with a loud BANG. She coughed and felt her lungs burning and she coughed and sucked in and cried out in pain. This feeling was familiar. Abandoment was a often thing that she felt. She gagged and grabbed her throat and begged that it wouldn't hurt to breathe. She then felt her llegs shaking and she couldn't grab the mask. Then she started to fall forward as the gas seeped in and Skudnofski flipped out a knife and growled,"Bad woman!" And stuck it out so when she fell onto him, she fell onto the knife and gagged before she slowly passed out.

Nigel (Does he have a real name? I can't find it annnnnywhere) batted playfully at Pirikahu, making some sort of happy koala-like noise.
Australia spared a glance at New Zealand with a scrunched face, laughing silently. His voice was higher as he spoke in the middle of quiet laughing. "They do~ I love these little guys, mate~"

Nigel made a funny noise, sort of like a laugh.
Australia somehow made an otter do a backflip into the water and come up right next to the glass. He shrugged. "I gotta love 'em all, mate!"

Tennessee looked up, tears streaming down her face. "I'm scared! She won't put on the mask! She's hurt! She's going to kill him!" She sobbed into her hands. She leaned into Canada, thankful for his presense. "I'm scared!"

Kate rushed over, threw her hat over Maine's mouth and launched herself at the man that had stabbed Maine. She kicked him hard in the leg with her knife tipped boots.

Skudnoffski cried out,"I SURRENDER!!!!" Deciding he didn't want to fight.

Maine panted heavily and weakly placed her hand on the hat to press it against her mouth. She clutching her wound with her other hand and drew in sharp ained breaths and coughed and squeezed her eyes shut,"Guuu..."

Kate quickly hit him hard over the head, hopping to knock him out. She coughed from the gas.

Canada, knowing how useless he would be in a fight, held onto Tennessee, stroking her hair.
"No...he surrendered, she won't kill him...Maine will be okay, just you wait," he tried to comfort her.

Tennessee cried and coughed into Canada's shoulder. She couldn't take it. It hurt so bad. She hugged Canada and cried into his shoulder. She no longer felt embarrassment, just pain. In her heart. "She has to be! S-she ..... she better be."

Watching Tennessee cry so much was bring tears to Canada's eyes as well.
"She will be...don't worry...please don't worry..." he begged, almost more to himself than to her.

Kate coughed and rushed over to Maine. "Maine, you okay?" she started pulling her towards the little shop. She coughed a final time before pulling her in.

Tennessee looked up at Canada and gave him a smile. She hugged him. "It has to be," She said bravely. She hugged him and wiped the tears off of her face. She then used her thumbs to take the tears away from Canada's. "No crying," she said contradictively. She laughed and looked at her sister. "You aren't useless," she said to him in a whisper.
