France lifted his head and gave Jay a weak smile. "Merci, mon ami." he said softly, wiping a tear from his own cheek. "But it is a terrible day when another country is killed." he added sadly, shaking his head.

"Please, don't thank me," Russia replied to Spain, "I barely knew Denmark and have no reason to show mercy the next time my country engages in war against any of you." He smiled his usual Russia smile.

New Zealand finished the wrapping and moved back a little, examining it. "That should hold." she murmured, fastening it with medical tape. "Can you move your arm alright?" she asked, hoping the wrapping wasn't too tight.

Spain blinked, and gave a nervous giggle. "Si, amigo." He nodded and took a step backwards, giving Russia and Latvia one of those natural smiles, but it was unnoticably put on.

Sweden stared at Russia, and blocked Finland from Russia's view.

Norway shook his head, clenching a fish and slamming it down on a table "it didn't work. He's dead. He's dead and won't come back ever!" his control snapped and he fell to the floor, sobbing.

Finland heard Russia and shuddered as he huddled into Sweden quickly.
