Kale held her close as he nodded "of course" he said in a shakey, broken voice

Cerise clenched onto him and whispered, "I'm sorry... So sorry... I don't know why..." There was a laughing hiss in one of the alleyways, one even cerise couldn't hear.

Kale gulped "its okay..." He whispered... his voice wavering slighrly...then he heard the laughing his and snarled, tensing up

Cerise suddenly felt crushed after Kale squeezed her. She whispered, "Kale... What is it?"

Kale looked around "no idea" he said quietly

Cerise bit her lip, the cackling coming back. Though, she couldn't hear it still. She held onto him and whispered, "Kale..."

Kale winced as he heard the cackling, his eyes darting around "im seriously going insane" he whimpered, alrhough a hint of a snarl came through

Cerise looked at him and held him. "Kale, calm down... I won't let them hurt you."
