"Bye Mom, I'll be back soon!" Alexis smiled over her shoulder, but it soon disappeared when she saw the emotionless look on her mother's face. "I'll call Grandpa to keep you company" she said slowly, then grabbed her wallet and opened the front door. She pushed a stray hair from her face and walked to the grocery store. Emerging with her hands full of shopping bags. She sighed deeply, leaning against the wall of the shop. "What would Dad do if he needed to cheer Mom up?" She asked herself. "I Know! He'd cook her favorite dinner and sing her favorite song!" She threw her arms in the air triumphantly. Oblivious to the fact she'd emptied the whole contents of her bags. "Ah! the food!" She gasped trying to save some of the vegetables.

'beep...beep...beep' Sam opened one eye lazily and glared at his alarm. He half-heartedly raised his arm and slammed his hand on the 'Snooze' button. "hmn" Her groaned rolling over so that his face was burred into the pillow case. It was already light outside, but Sam couldn't bring himself to get up. He wasn't the 'morning' person.

Jay sat in the corner of the room and looked at her feet. "I think I've heard of the Sohma's, but I have no memories of
being in this family what-so-ever!" she smiled, covering her pain. She didn't know ANYTHING, and it hurt so bad to be
around such kind people, and to not even know them. "I'll come back and visit tommorrow after i finish school if that's
alright..." she said and got up so quickly that you could barely see and she grasped the door handle.

"Okay." Selene said with a smile. She looked over at Lynx. "Want to come outside with me?" Selene asked her.

"Yeah, I know. Tell me about it." Jace said as the waiter came and brought the drinks. "Are you still hungary?" He asked Kira.

Selene went to go check on Jace in his room. When she walked in, she saw his unfinished plate on the bed, but no Jace. She saw his window open. "Crap!" she said to herself. "I wonder where he ran off to?"

Jay waved good bye and shot out the door, nearly hitting a tree. she skirted around it and pulled out her wallet again.
"I guess I should get something to eat..." she said and when she had gotten to her favorite pizza place, she went in and was seated near a boy and girl. "Do I know you?" she asked Jace and Kira.

Jace looked at the girl. "I do. I happen to be a part of your family." Jace said, reconizing that the girl was Jay, the cat.
