Her face showed nothing.Only her eyes showed suspicion."why did you hold me captive and why must I stay with you?"She asked.She didnt trust him.Sure she had been a jerk to him but he had been scary and menacing too.She stared at the meat in his hands wanting so badly to eat but she had to trust him first.Which would possibly take her forever.Her lips were a tight line and her eyes were cold.

Lucan put the meat down on a plate. He kept his distance he did not want to get knifed. "The reason I brought you here was because out there." he says pointing out of the cave. "All you are going to do is get killed. However if you stay with me I can keep you alive." Lucan stared at her unsure if she trusted him or not. "I told you my name but you still haven't told me yours." Lucan said. Before anything he needed to know how to address her.

Eliza bit her lip and looked down at her feet."I was heading to the resistance when you caught me.I thought if I could run faster then them and head in the direction of when I last heard their radio station say where they were that I could be safe.My brothers are still out there and I cant leave them."She said softly.Her jaw tightened and she looked back up at him her eyes looking him up and down."Ive neve trusted a creature let alone any other people except for my brothers...I you swear that you will help me find my brothers and keep me safe...I'lll...."She sighed and licked her lips."I'lll stay with you."She said.This was hard for her to say since she never let anyone in.SHe never trusted anyone else before either and it scared her that she felt so vulnerble around him.

Lucan smiled just what he needed. "Now that we have that confirmed. I guess I will help you. but I'm gonna need you to drop that knife before i get any closer." Lucan said with a smile as he picked up the plate and gestured her to come and eat it. Lucan was ecstatic after the outbreak he had barely seen anybody not to mention talk with them. He had to make sure that his soft nature was shown though. If he showed any weakness then it might get him killed. He decided to shrug of the thought.

Eliza reluctantly stuck her knife back in er pocket and then looked back up at him.She walked a bit closer to him and stuck her hand out."Alice Elizabeth Sinns."She said quietly.She pushed a piece of her hair out of her eyes with her free hand at the same time.

Lucan shook her hand."The names Lucan "The Shadow" Barl. Nice to make your acquaintance." Lucan said with a smile. He handed her the food. He then walked to the opening of the cave and sat down. Thinking.

She took it then sat down at a walll of the cave."So...Lucan whats your story?"She asked curiously.She took a bite of the meet and swallowed.

"Thats a good question." Lucan said still siting at the face of the cave."One I can't even answer myself. To tell you he truth I don't know where I came from or how I got here." Lucan was not fond of bringing up this subject. But if they were to be on equalspeaking terms he had to tell her everything he knew.

Eliza frowned."What do you mean you dont know? How could you not know where you came from?"She asked quietly.She was super curious now.
