Elizabeth mumbled something about him still being a grumpy pants as she stood up. She looked at Charlotte and smiled widely.

Cody frowned but thought he got her point, un-folding his arms and turning .a bit more towards her, trying to not seem so un-happy that one of those gray clouds could be floating over his head.

Cody finally forced a smile for her. It felt strange, but he kept doing it so Elizabeth wouldn't be mad anymore...or whatever she was doing...
