Henry got to his feet too, and frowned at Johnathan, "How long exactly can you control yourself for? Oh and I sent him out into the corridor." He grabbed his friend's arm and pulled him over to the door, opening it and frowning at the pile of people on the floor. "Deryn we need rid of a curse ma--"
"I'll call Rachel." Deryn cut in, frowning at Henry and closing his eyes briefly as he spoke to Rachel. "She's on her way."

Angela frowned at Lars, "Maybe.... It's a yeti." She prodded his side and frowned at him. "I don't know, I can't see through trees, I may be dead but I'm not a ghost. I can rove that by hitting you if you like?"

Johnathan shrugged, "technically I can't control myself at all. I was just... given a lot of free will. I managed to get myself back because you messed with the mark when you sliced it, even though it feels like it was only a small slice. I found that out after a couple times, that's why there are scars through the mark." Well, and that he had attempted to disform the thing and get rid of it, but that didn't work after Hakan and Arren found out about it. He let Henry pull him to the door and raised his eyebrows slightly at the people all sat on the ground. What an interesting place to sit... right in the middle of the corridor... He shook his head to himself and murmured a thanks before crouching next to Deryn and gave him a small hug, "Really sorry for calling you an idiot."

Aiden grinned and pulled Kage over to him, slipping his arms around her waist and kissing her cheek, "We're inside now, in a tunnel, where the scary sunlight can't get us." He smiled a little bit, "Plus it's okay, if you get really really light headed we can hide in a pillow fort and eat popcorn while watching movies."
"I'm not sure how long it will take me to get over you having a girlfriend..." Henry mumbled as he frowned at Kage and Aiden. "It's nice to see you again Kage. You'll have to come stay over at our house some time."
"Yeah... About the house... We had to demolish it and sell the land because Riley set explosives up around the house and knocked most of it down." Aiden went quiet for a few moments as Henry just stared at him. "But... We have got a new house, and it's on that bay in Scotland that you really wanted to live on... Don't kill me it was all Riley's fault."
"Greeeeeaaaaatttttttttt..." Henry messed up Aiden's hair, "Anything else you want to tell me?"
"Uh, nah I don't have a death wish."
Deryn frowned a bit and slowly returned the hug as he opened his eyes. He seemed a little disorientated and held onto his dad for a few moments as he figured out where he was. "Call me an idiot again, and I will punch you." He smiled faintly and pulled at his dad's arm, taking a look at the marks from where he'd bitten his dad, "Ah, I won't make a very good vampire."

Angela rolled her head to the side and glanced at Lars through the corner of her eye, "I can't believe you took that as a serious suggestion. Of course it's not a yeti."

"I actually...." he trailed off blinking a couple of times, "nevermind..." he mumbled and started to walk again, he had taken barely a few steps when he was suddenly tackled by a huge, literally huge wolf. He winced as he fell down and the wolf started to lick him continuously as if the boy was some sort of giant lollipop, "Get. Off. Me. You mutt" he hissed trying to push the wolf off.

Kage pulled a face, making a small hissing sound as he mentioned sunlight, paused and then grinned, "I'm tempted to just say that I'm really really lightheaded so we can do that. That sounds like fun." She leaned back on him and then looked to Henry with an amused smile, "It's nice to see you again too, Henry." She raised her eyebrows as she listened to Aiden "Your brother basically blew up your house?" She couldn't help but give a faint grin as she turned her head to look at him, "you're right, hell would be on earth."
Johnathan frowned when Deryn seemed disoriented, "Hmm... using your powers so soon isn't such a smart idea if that's why you seem all funny right now." He smiled faintly, "and I'd probably deserve that punch too." He glanced down at his arm. He didn't even look to see if Deryn had left marks on his arm from biting him. "Yes, you won't and lets not try ok?" He chuckled quietly and messed up Deryn's hair lightly.

"We can go do that even if you're not lightheaded." Aiden grinned. "And Mason tends to just sit in the shed making things and messing about, occasionally he'll accidentally make something explosive, and will throw it out the shed window into the duck pond if it could go boom. Riley was sat there with a net, catching everything, and then throwing it at the house. He claimed it was an experiment. Angela threw him in the pond."
"I am never letting you guys stay home alone ever again."
"Everything goes fine, the house is neat and tidy, there's no horses in the living room, and Mason didn't convert the plumbing so you can get lemonade out of the kitchen taps."
Deryn pulled a face when Johnathan messed up his hair. "Not a four year old any more." He prodded his dad's arm, "I won't punch you. Laurie will probably do it for me."

Rachel stepped out of the room that Henry and Johnathan had walked out of a few moments ago since she'd used Lii to walk through. "Are you two still arguing about the hacking thing?"

"Well then I want to go do that." Kage grinned slightly, nodding like she was agreeing with herself. She smiled with amusement as she listened and gave a small shake of her head, "crazy family, all of you. yup." A pause, "though Mason should come put lemonade through teh pipes or Horia... or something else nummy..."
Johnathan raised his eyebrows at Deryn, and pointed at his own face, "Does this face look like it cares how old you are? And don't say yes because it doesn't." Just to wind him up, he messed up his hair again with a grin, though the grin faded as he mentioned Laurie. He didn't say anything just looked at the ground. He wanted to talk to Laurie but he didn't want her to freak out... He watched Elizabeth and Deryn argue with amusement, looking at the door as Rachel walked through it. He stood up from where he was crouched and simply turned his back to Rachel to see the mark, "don't heal the cut across it, it's the thing letting me show the mark to you voluntarily."

Aiden grinned and kissed Kage's forehead, before getting to his feet and offering a hand to help her to her feet too. "Mason putting lemonade through the pipes at Horia would be pointless since we go to Adoven now... I prefer Horia..."
Deryn scowled like a child when Johnathan messed with his hair again. "Would you quit that out?" He sorted his hair out and prodded his dad's arm before getting to his feet too. "Yes your face cares."
Rachel frowned at the mark and put her hand over it after studying it. "Who exactly did you get this mark from anyway?" She kept her hand over the mark and started mumbling under her breath. "Oh and you might feel dizzy, a sudden surge of emotion, a sharp pain..."

"So we are permanently going to Adoven?" She scowled and crossed her arms like a pouting child, staying sat where she was. "No, just. No. Too hot. Not cool." She remained sat, scowling at the ground. Just the thought of the heat made her pull a face.

"Mhm... no... no it doesn't. Why would I care of age when I'm aging backwards anyway?" Johnathan still was grinning slightly at his reaction when he felt Rachel put her hand over the mark. "Um... can't say." He muttered, slipping his hands into the pockets of his jeans. He frowned, resisting the urge to step away from Rachel when she started listing stuff, "uh... Rachel you do realize you sound like those commercial things where they list symptoms of medical thingers, right? Is death on that list? It better not." He looked at her over his shoulder, "are you just listing stuff because you can?"
