Castanet looked over at Griffon once Valentine was out of earshot, "He's cute and he has brains? Why couldn't I be born a demon hunter and not some druid who's supposed to marry for the good of their own kingdom...? And why am I telling this you...? No offense intended. Don't tell him I said that either... Or I might have to resort to hiding in the Otherworld for the rest of my life." She got to her feet, pausing a moment to see if her stomach was going to hurt again and was glad when it didn't. "I mean it, you can't tell anyone... Or I'll turn you into a fluffy kitten or something like that."

Deryn glanced over at Esme, "I didn't say sick, but she's not listening to me."
Trinity looked over at Esme and Cordell and whined when she saw the laughter that was being held back. "STOP LAUGHING AT ME! It's my birthday and I'm stuck like this and you're all horrible! Hah like heck I'm gonna be human ever again!"
"I didn't tell her that part..." Deryn mumbled. "What do you take me for? An idiot?"
"Um... Yes." Trinity frowned at him, "A complete and utter idiot." She growled at him before hiding back under the table. "She's still not having the files, I can remember eating them. Definitely ate them. Yummy, paper and ink. Okay I didn't eat them, but she's still not having them. Nope, nope nope no no no no no no NO. Oh and if you didn't get the memo, Deryn I'm gonna kill you. Murderrrrrrrr" All the while Trinity was talking, her voice was moving from underneath table to table as she looked for food, before she managed to pull a tablecloth off one of the tables and scamper away from it when the food rained down where she'd been stood. "You don't trust me Esme, you never have done, so I won't trust you."
