...............Aiden chuckled, thinking it would be amusing if Kage did start screaming 'I'm melting' like the witch in Oz. "You really need to watch TV and films, they may rot your brains but they are brilliant. You're missing out!" He stood up when Kage did. A sword appeared in his left hand, ready for instant fights if need be. He followed Kage through the woods, daggers dropped from his hands and then flew up into the air, forming a sort of block for the sun so Kage could stay in the shadows. The scraping metal was quite irritating as the daggers moved, but Aiden had grown used to that many years ago. He wasn't that worried for Angela since he knew that she could easily defend herself. He touched the scar on the back of his hand absent mindedly as he thought about this.

..............."Well, yes that's why I said we could. Do I really need to repeat everything?" She frowned slightly, gesturing for Alex to duck down. When he did so she frowned slightly, and closed her eyes. When she opened them again, they were voids of black. She spoke a few sentences of demonic, a sentence that seemed to float across the wind and over the field in front of them. Her eyes switched back to green snake-like slits and she smiled. "Sorted." Pixies and sprites started appearing from the grass, having answered the call.

............... Damien had to resist laughing when a rock suddenly dropped onto Cordell's head, though it was highly amusing he assumed he'd get hit with Cordell's cane once again if he did start laughing. He watched out of the corner of his eye as Deryn got hit on the top of the head and chuckled a little.
Deyrn had expected that reaction from one of the Wings members, though he had hoped that they would have at least waited for him to be able to stand up before hitting him. "Ow." He commented unenthusiastically, pulling a face as he looked up at the other councilor. "You could've waited five minutes." Unlike any other family who may have sorted that out with words, for some reason the Wings family saw fit to hit people, Deyrn often wondered if it was just a very violent family.
Speaking of family - It hadn’t taken long for Thorisan to be hunted down when news of his brother’s arrival on the island had been passed around. Thorisan and Damien hadn’t gotten on for years due to Thorisan’s hatred of Damien’s refusal to fight. Though even though Thorisan had disowned his brother about three years ago, pretty much everyone knew they were brothers even if Thorisan refused to admit it. Thorisan was partially the reason that Damien had been made the head teacher of Horia in the first place – so they wouldn’t have to see each other.
However, it was too difficult to completely ignore the whole conundrum that was happening in the infirmary, so Thorisan had slowly made his way there. He completely ignored Damien, and only glanced at Trinity before making his way over to the other councilors. He gave a nod to Cordell as he walked past, which made Damien smirk at how he'd been ignored. Thorisan moved over to Esme, Griffon and Deryn. Having seen Deryn earlier, Thorisan skipped him when addressing the other council members. "Councilor Kane, Wings. Pleased to see you."
Damien looked absolutely nothing like his brother, since they both seemed to have inherited their looks from opposite parents. However, Trinity and Thorisan looked incredibly similar, which is why Damien always wondered if it was really that hard to notice the three of them were siblings. He assumed it was because they acted completely different and because of the arguments that the three of them could easily get into. He knew there was such a thing as sibling rivalry, but he doubted siblings could hate each other as much as Thorisan seemed to resent him.
Damien rather expertly shifted his shirt collar upwards, to cover the huge gash that spanned across his throat when the nurses started bothering Cordell. He heard Deryn chuckle a little at his actions when he did so but the Cross member didn't say anything so Damien assumed he'd gotten out of being bothered by nurses once again.
In her half conscious state, Trinity could hear the commotion around her. She couldn’t react, nor was she that bothered about doing so, she was tired and in pain. She wanted to go back to sleep. Solitude was screaming in demonic, sensing that Trinity was getting weaker on her hold over her own mind. Trinity knew it would be so easy to just let her, let Solitude take over so she could have some peace. After all, what was there for her to stay for? Caia hated her, she’d almost broken Kage’s arm, put Angela into shock, probably annoyed Damien (she hadn’t really spoken to him much since the Solitude incident), she knew the rest of the Kane family had distaste for her and that she’d killed most of her own family too... It would be less stressful if she just gave up. But, there was something she had to do, she had to go rescue Caia because she’d stupidly let the other woman play bait.
Then, slowly, the pain she’d felt crushing against her head slowly began to lessen. Whatever it was, she welcomed it, glad that the pain was slowly being taken care of. In attempt to help, she reigned back Solitude as best as she could, forcing the demonic half of herself back into the depths of her mind.
